Dr. Mayer, MD, IBCLC, a dedicated pediatrician who has been caring for children and families in our community since 1995. Dr. Mayer is passionate about helping parents feel confident and supported throughout their child’s growth and development. Her approachable, family-centered style ensures that every visit is a positive experience. Dr. Mayer is a New Jersey physician who holds dual certification as both a pediatrician and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), making her a trusted resource for families navigating breastfeeding challenges. Dr. Mayer graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 1982 and earned her medical degree from Chicago Medical School in 1988. She currently serves as Chairman of the Pediatric Department at CentraState Medical Center, where she previously held the role of Vice Chairman from 2008 to 2010. She is also on staff at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Dr. Mayer believes that every child and family deserves compassionate, individualized care. She strives to create a supportive environment where parents feel empowered and informed, especially during the critical early stages of a child’s life. Today, Dr. Lopez serves as Vice Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at CentraState Medical Center and previously held the role of Chairman from 2008 to 2010. He also brings his expertise to Jersey Shore Medical Center, ensuring that children receive the highest level of care across the community. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Lopez understands the importance of clear communication and cultural sensitivity. He takes time to listen, answer questions, and make every family feel at ease. His approach is warm, compassionate, and centered on creating a positive experience for both parents and kids. Dr. Zeb has been an integral part of our practice since 2001, bringing over two decades of expertise and a deep passion for pediatric medicine. Her academic journey reflects her commitment to health and wellness: she earned her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College in 1981, followed by a Master of Public Health from Columbia University in 1986, where she focused on community health and preventive care. Driven by her desire to make a difference in children’s lives, she later completed her medical degree at Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago in 1997. As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Zeb provides comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents, from routine checkups and vaccinations to managing complex medical conditions. She is currently on staff at CentraState Medical Center and Jersey Shore Medical Center, ensuring continuity of care for her patients in both outpatient and hospital settings. Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Zeb is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for families from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Melissa Bonilla has been a valued member of our practice since 2007, bringing years of experience and a deep commitment to patient care. Her academic journey began at Yale University, where she graduated in 1993 and had the unique opportunity to serve as a White House intern—a role that sparked her passion for service and leadership. Driven by her interest in medicine, she went on to earn her medical degree in 2001 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Today, Dr. Bonilla is proud to be on staff at both Jersey Shore Medical Center and CentraState Medical Center, where she collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Fluent in English and Spanish, she values building strong connections with patients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Bonilla enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking, biking, or simply appreciating nature. Dr. Caroline Youssef is a trusted pediatrician devoted to caring for infants, children, and adolescents with compassion and expertise. Recognized among New Jersey’s Favorite Kids’ Doctors, she combines advanced medical knowledge with a family-centered approach that reassures parents and nurtures children’s well-being. Her clinical background includes participation in allergy and asthma research trials, reflecting her commitment to advancing child health. Dr. Youssef earned her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University and completed her pediatric residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in 2016. She is affiliated with Jersey Shore Medical Center and CentraState Medical Center and has been part of Advocare Pediatric Health since 2016. In her practice, she provides newborn care, immunizations, developmental screenings, adolescent and young adults health services, and management of chronic conditions. Fluent in both English and Arabic, Dr. Youssef fosters clear communication and a welcoming environment for families. Dr. Frederick Weck is a board-certified pediatrician with decades of experience providing exceptional care to children of all ages. He joined Advocare Pediatric Health in 2019 after serving as a trusted pediatrician at Partners In Pediatrics in Rockland County, NY, from 1997 to 2019. A proud graduate of Rutgers University and New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Weck completed his pediatric residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in 1997. Before pursuing medicine, he spent several years as a high school teacher and coach, an experience that shaped his passion for working with children and families. Dr. Weck is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care and values building long-term relationships with his patients. Since relocating to Monmouth County, he has been honored to become part of the Advocare Pediatric Health team. Outside of his practice, Dr. Weck enjoys reading, hiking, jogging, and recreational Judo. He is married and blessed with two daughters.

Dr. Jasmine Vincent, MD is a board-trained pediatrician with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children from infancy through adolescence. She earned her medical degree in 2014 and completed her pediatric residency training at Geisinger Medical Center, where she developed a strong foundation in both pediatric primary care and pediatric urgent care. Following residency, Dr. Vincent worked in one of the region’s few pediatric urgent care centers, caring for acutely ill children and managing a wide range of pediatric medical needs. She later transitioned to pediatric primary care in the Lehigh Valley, where she built long-term relationships with families and provided comprehensive, preventive care. Her clinical experience includes working closely with children with severe autism and medically complex conditions, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, supportive care. In 2021, Dr. Vincent relocated to New Jersey, where she continues her commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care. She believes in partnering with parents, emphasizing education, prevention, and open communication to help children thrive physically, emotionally, and developmentally. Outside of medicine, Dr. Vincent is married and a proud parent to one child. Dr. Parul Singh is a trusted pediatrician dedicated to helping children thrive from infancy through adolescence. She earned her MBBS degree in India and completed her pediatric residency at Monmouth Medical Center in 2015. Dr. Rocco Pascucci joined our practice in 2022 and brings a lifelong passion for pediatrics to every family he cares for. Born in Long Branch and raised in Holmdel, Dr. Pascucci knew from an early age that he wanted to dedicate his career to helping children live healthy, happy lives. This commitment guided his academic and professional journey. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Siena College in Albany, NY, and went on to receive his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Saint Martin. Dr. Pascucci completed his pediatric residency at The Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center, where he served on the Pediatric Asthma Committee and gained extensive experience in managing a wide range of pediatric conditions. Before joining our team, Dr. Pascucci practiced in Middletown, NJ, caring for children and families in the local community. He is currently on staff at Jersey Shore Medical Center and CentraState Medical Center, ensuring continuity of care for his patients and families. Dr. Pascucci believes in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where families feel heard and children feel safe. He values open communication and works closely with parents to provide personalized care that meets each child’s unique needs. Dr. Julie Tsimring was born in Ukraine and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Montclair State University with degrees in Community Health Education and Jewish American Studies, before earning her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete a residency in General Pediatrics at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Morristown Medical Center. Dr. Tsimring is board certified in both specialties, giving her a unique, holistic approach to patient care that addresses the whole child — body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Tsimring is committed to lifelong learning and attends numerous continuing education courses each year to stay at the forefront of pediatric care. She is proficient in all aspects of general pediatrics, with particular interests in breastfeeding medicine, lifestyle health, and the mind-body connection. She believes in partnering closely with families to support healthy growth and development from infancy through adolescence. Fluent in both English and Rusian, Dr. Tsimring fosters clear communication and a welcoming environment for families. Dr. Tsimring’s favorite part of being a pediatrician is building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and their families — often beginning in infancy and continuing well into young adulthood. She lives in Fair Haven with her husband and three children, and in her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and cooking. Salvatore Susino MS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered pediatric care. He believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his patients and their families, and strives to create a warm, comfortable environment where every child feels safe, supported, and cared for. A Staten Island native, Salvatore completed an accelerated dual degree B.S./M.S. in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies at Wagner College, where he graduated as Valedictorian in 2016. During his training, he developed a special interest in preventive medicine, childhood development, and patient education—areas that continue to shape his approach to primary care today. Before joining Pediatric Health in 2024, Salvatore spent seven years caring for children at Premier Pediatrics of New York in his hometown community. Throughout his time there, he became known for his calm, reassuring bedside manner, his ability to connect with children of all ages, and his commitment to helping families navigate everything from everyday concerns to complex medical questions. Salvatore now lives in Holmdel with his wife, their energetic twin girls, and family dog. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking for family and friends, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with the people he loves. Joining us in February! Dr. Fuentes was born in Havana Cuba and was raised in Central Jersey. Dr. Fuentes received his medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, DR in 2014. He completed his pediatric residency in Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx in 2022. He previously worked for Optum NJ in Manalapan, NJ. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Fuentes fosters clear communication and a welcoming environment for families. In his spare time Dr. Fuentes enjoy spending time with family and friends, vacationing with wife and daughter. Dr. Fuentes is an avid sports fan including football, baseball, and soccer.
